About Partnership for Permanent Supportive Housing for the Homeless

The Partnership for Permanent Supportive Housing for the Homeless is a coalition of three Detroit agencies that provide various services, offering a holistic approach to meeting the needs of the city's low-income and homeless population. YDB provides educational and skills assessment, GED preparation, and training in living and employability skills as needed.

Michigan Legal Services will help you retain your current housing.
United Community Housing Coalition will help you locate a home that is affordable, decent, and safe.
Young Detroit Builders will help you gain the skills you need to get and keep a job.

You may qualify if at least one person in your household is 18 to 35 years of age, and:

Is unemployed or in a low-wage job;

  • Has no high school diploma or GED;
  • Is homeless or facing eviction.
